From Oakham (7 miles)
Take the Ashwell road and follow signs for Wymondham windmill. After 6 miles you will reach the village of Wymondham from Edmonthorpe Rd on the map above. Turn left at the T junction and the Berkeley Arms is 100 yards further up the road on the right hand side
From Melton Mowbray (6 miles)
Take B676 Saxby Road out of Melton Mowbray and pick up the brown signs for Wymondham Windmill. After 5 miles, take the right hand turn to Wymondham (shortly after the turning for Stapleford Park) and follow this road into the village on Melton Road as shown on the map above. As you come over the bridge into the village the pub is on the left hand side.
From the A1 (5 miles)
Take the exit signposted to South Witham and 'The Blue Cow Inn'. Drive straight through South Witham onto Mill Lane. At the T junction after a couple of miles, turn right onto Fosse Lane and then immediately left onto Main Street. After another couple of miles you will enter the village of Wymondham on Main Street shown on the right hand side of the map above. The Berkeley Arms is situated on your right.
Trains run regularly from across the country to Oakham and Melton Mowbray. From there you can either take a taxi or a bus.
The Rutland Flyer 2(RF2) runs between Oakham and Melton Mowbray dropping off right outside the Berkeley Arms. Services leave both Melton and Oakham every two hours and take 15 mins from Melton, or 30 mins from Oakham.
